Weekend Plans

Received from the husband:

I am proposing a shift for one year only, from the national day "mothering Sunday" to "mothering Saturday".  Everything is shut in FRANCE on Sunday.

Mothers Day Details

• Chunnel from Folkestone to Calais
• Brunch at Cafe outside Calais (near old market, been there before - it is full of French and superb food / coffee)
• Shopping at everyone's favourite Supermarche
• Afternoon Coffee / cake at a local Cafe
• Walk along beach
• Train from Calais to Folkestone
• Drive from Folkestone to home
• Evening dinner (bought from France)

Can you still claim 'baby brain' when your baby is nearly the grand old age of 2?

Tonight, while the little one was drifting off to sleep to the sweet sounds of a lullaby, we got to discussing the morbid lyrics of 'Rock-a-bye baby'.  And I actually told husband that he should "look into the oranges".

I don't think I should write any more tonight.
